What is the Process of Private Limited Company Registration in Ahmedabad?
1. Checking of Name Availability of Private Limited Company.
Firstly, Private Limited Company Registration Process Starts with
Checking of Name Availability. Company Name Must be Unique and not misleading.
Name of Private Limited Company ends with word "PRIVATE LIMITED".
Ministry of Corporate affairs will not allow name if they found name is not as
per the guidelines of ROC.

Application for Reservation of Name of Proposed Company to ROC
Next Step, We can apply for Name reservation with TWO Names with
preference. If MCA Rejects Both Name then we have option to resubmit another
two name with preference. Once Name approval completes then we can proceed
further.
3. Obtaining Digital
Signature of Director(s)
Thirdly, We need to obtain Digital Signature (DSC) of all directors for
the purpose of signing of forms & MOA-AOA. Digital Signature requires video
verification of director.

Preparation of MOA & AOA of PVT LTD Company
Preparation of Memorandum of Association & Article of Association
for the company. MOA & AOA decides company internal structure and rules
within which directors will act. With MOA and AOA Director Consent Letter to be
submitted with INC-9 and DIR-12.

Submission of PVT. LTD. Company Registration Application with Required Document
to ROC
Once Preparation of MOA & AOA completes we need to submit to ROC
with required document for directors. Such application includes application for
PAN, TAN, IEC, PF, ESIC, GST and Bank Account. ROC Will Check all document.
6. ROC will
Approve New Pvr Ltd Company Incorporation
Within 1 Days of filing of required document ROC will grant Certificate
of Incorporation (CIN) with PAN, TAN of Company. Further ROC will forward all
other application to respective department for issuance of PF, ESIC, GST, IEC
and Bank Account.
